Ani is a student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA. He has interests in machine learning, personalized medicine, and sustainability.

Ani is continuing development of RNAkinet, a machine learning tool that identifies RNA labeled with synthetic nucleotide analogs, for the analysis of RNA dynamics.
