Bio
Manolis is a Stadtman Principal Investigator in the Laboratory of Genetics and Genomics at the National Institute on Aging (NIA), NIH.
His research investigates the high-dimensional regulation of gene expression as a key component of discovering the mechanistic basis of human disease and aging. His work merges experimental and computational methods to examine RNA stability mechanisms, incorporating high-throughput sequencing and machine learning to map regulatory networks across aging processes.
